Workspace
Workspace settings.
Your business name, website and time zone.
A workspace is your business in Replybek: its agents, knowledge, conversations, team and plan. Open Settings & billing in the sidebar, then Workspace.
| Setting | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Business name | Shown in the chat widget by default, and in emails to your team and customers. |
| Website | Your main website address. |
| Time zone | Analytics count days in this time zone. Pick yours, for example Tashkent (UTC+5), so "today" matches your working day. |
Press Save changes. Only owners and admins can change these settings.
More than one workspace
If you work for several businesses, each has its own workspace, with separate agents, knowledge, team and billing. Switch between the workspaces you belong to from the menu at the top of the sidebar.
