Plans and billing.

The 7-day free trial, the three plans, and how to change or cancel. Payments go through Polar.

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card, nothing is charged for 7 days, and you can cancel any time before then.

Start your free trial

  1. Open Settings & billing, then Plan & billing. Or press Start free trial on the banner at the top of any page.
  2. Pick a plan and press Start free trial.
  3. Add your card on Polar's secure checkout page. Polar is the payment provider Replybek uses.
  4. You come back to Replybek. Within a few seconds the plan shows Free trial, with the date the first payment is due.
Choose a plan to start the free trial.

Only the owner of the workspace can start the trial or change the plan.

Before the trial starts

You can build and try your first agent during setup. After that, until the trial starts, the workspace is read-only:

  • you can see everything, and test your agent in the Playground with up to 30 answers a month,
  • your website widget doesn't answer with AI. New chats go to your team in the inbox,
  • you can't add or change agents, knowledge, integrations or settings.

Starting the trial unlocks everything.

Change your plan

Open Plan & billing and press Upgrade or Switch on the plan you want. During a trial or a paid subscription the change happens right away, without a new checkout. Polar adjusts the charge for the rest of the billing period. Your limits change immediately.

During the trial, switch to Business. It takes effect at once.

Manage payments

Manage billing on Polar opens Polar's customer portal, already signed in, where you can:

  • update your card,
  • download invoices,
  • cancel your subscription.
Status Meaning
Free trial The trial is running. The first payment is due on the date shown.
Active Paid and renewing on the date shown.
Payment overdue The last payment failed. Update your card in the portal to keep your plan.
Ends at period end Cancelled. Everything keeps working until the date shown.
Cancelled The subscription has ended.

When a subscription ends

Your agents stop answering with AI and pass new chats to your team, and the workspace becomes read-only again. Nothing is deleted. Choose a plan to continue where you left off.
