Inbox

Inbox.

Every conversation from your website in one place, updating live. See what the AI answered and step in when a customer needs a person.

Open Inbox in the sidebar. The list on the left shows every conversation from your website widgets, newest activity first. The conversation you open is in the middle, and details about the visitor are on the right.

New messages appear on their own, within about a second. You don't need to refresh.

The tabs above the list filter conversations. Each shows how many it holds.

Reading a conversation

The transcript shows everything in order: the visitor's messages, the AI's answers with the sources they used, files, and events like "AI handed off to the team" or "Dilnoza took over".

When a teammate takes over, Summary so far at the top gives the main points in a few lines, written by AI, so they can catch up without reading everything.

Each row in the list shows the status:

Status Meaning
AI handling The AI answers new messages.
Needs human Handed to your team, waiting for someone to take over.
Human handling A teammate is replying. The AI is paused.
Resolved Finished. A new message from the visitor reopens it.

A dot marks conversations with messages you haven't read.

Visitor details

The right panel shows what Replybek knows about the visitor: their name and email if they gave them, when the chat started, the page they were on and their browser. Below that: the conversation's status, agent, assignee and the knowledge sources the AI cited.

On a phone the list and the conversation each take the full screen, and the details open from the conversation's header.
