Knowledge
Knowledge.
What an AI agent answers from. Add your website, documents and written answers, and see what's ready.
Knowledge is everything an agent may use in its answers. It answers from its knowledge and nothing else, so the quality of its answers depends on it.
Open Knowledge in the sidebar. The agent menu at the top picks whose knowledge you're looking at: each agent has its own sources.
Three kinds of sources
| Source | Best for |
|---|---|
| Website | Your help center, delivery, returns and product pages. Replybek keeps them in sync. |
| Files | Documents your team already has: price lists, policies, manuals. PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD or CSV. |
| Q&A | Short answers in your own words, for questions the other sources don't answer well. |
Press Add knowledge, or one of the three cards at the top of the page, to add a source.
The sources table
Every source shows its type, readiness, when it was last updated and its size. Search by name, or filter by Websites, Files or Q&A. The count on the right says how many sources are ready.
Readiness tells you whether the agent can use a source yet:
| Readiness | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Processing | Replybek is reading the content, splitting it into passages and indexing them. Large sites take a few minutes. |
| Ready | The agent can quote it in answers. |
| Failed | It couldn't be read. Open it to see why, then press Retry. |
Source details
Click a source to open its details: what it is, how many passages the agent can quote, and a preview of the first ones. For a website you also see every page it read, with failed pages first, and its re-sync settings.
Press Remove source to stop the agent using it. You can add it again later.
A workspace can have 10 sources on Starter, 50 on Growth and 250 on Business, counted across all agents. A whole website counts as one source. See Usage and limits.
Find what's missing
Questions the agent couldn't answer show up as unanswered questions in Analytics and on the Overview. Answering them there adds a Q&A source in one step.
