Overview.

Your workspace at a glance. Who's waiting, how much the AI handles, and what to fix next.

Overview is the first page in the sidebar. It shows what needs you today.

Get set up

Until your first agent is live, a checklist at the top walks you through the four steps: Create an agent, Add knowledge, Test answers in the Playground and Publish your agent. Each step has a button that takes you there. The checklist disappears once everything is done.

The checklist points to the next step.

The numbers

Waiting customers, AI resolution, conversations and AI messages, then what needs attention.
Card What it shows
Waiting for a teammate How many customers are waiting for a person right now, and the longest wait.
Resolved by AI The share of conversations the AI finished without a person.
Conversations How many conversations started, compared with the previous period.
AI messages used This month's AI replies against your plan's allowance. See Usage and limits.

Switch the period with 7 days, 30 days and 90 days at the top.

Needs attention

Conversations handed to your team, longest wait first, with who they're assigned to. Open goes straight to the conversation in the inbox. When nobody's waiting, it says so.

Knowledge gaps

Questions the agent couldn't answer, with how often they were asked, and knowledge sources that failed. Add answer fixes a gap in one step. See Unanswered questions.

Your agents and recent activity

The side column lists your agents with their status and knowledge, and a feed of recent changes: agents published, knowledge added, conversations handed off.

At the bottom, Conversation volume charts conversations per day. For the full picture, open Analytics.
